What kind of server shall we do?

hey guys i was thinking about a clan server,

a scoutzknivez only RPG or not?
100tick or 66?
how many slots?
Mods?
etc


Plss give me info about how we can make the server a good succes

I always play on a scoutz knives server called "snipers without fear"
It is Edited RPG with only HP, Regeneration, Longjump, Icestab and Medic...
It would be cool to have a server like that if u wana look the i.p. is: 89.145.98.206:27015
